Brian HartleyBrian's work is a fusion of different media from drawing and painting, through graphic design and illustration to design for theatre and physical performance. His visual work seeks an investigation of the dynamics of the human body, it's emotional anatomy, and represention of the language of movement, rhythm and form.
He has exhibited nationally and internationally and been comissioned by theatre and dance companies such as Arches Theatre Company, Borderline, Random Dance Company, Tabula Rasa, Sweetscar and Scottish Dance Theatre.
These art forms have also been also explored in extensive education outreach work with young people.
